On demand fishing

As a sign of our commitment to the environment, we are pioneers in the implementation of wild-caught bluefin tuna fishing on demand. We take from nature only what we have previously sold, avoiding the harmful consequences of overfishing.

Fishing on demand is uncommon among professional fishermen. At a professional level, in wild-caught fishing (not farmed), traditionally, the fish has always been caught first and then sold. Fishing on demand inverts the process, first we take the orders and then we go out anf fish it. Despite the added difficulties in managing this way of working, we believe that it is worth it, and so do our clients.
